Application

ALPHA TEMPER is used as the main insulating coating on steel structures and a wide range of equipment in industry, construction, and chemical plants. It is ideal for:

• Insulating pipes (hot water, steam, product pipelines)
• Boilers, heat exchangers, and storage tanks
• Cladding of buildings and industrial halls
• Roofs and tanks for petroleum and chemical products

It is applied in a layer with an average thickness of 0.5 cm and is effective on equipment with operating temperatures up to +600 °C. Thanks to its properties, it is an ideal replacement for conventional insulation, especially in hard-to-reach places.
