The client owns a house in the Highlands, near the town of Zdar nad Sazavou. The building is more than 100 years old, the walls are 1.2 m thick and are in a combination of stone, brick. The house used to be used for cattle housing, later it was converted into a family house. Part of the building after complete reconstruction is used as a garage for veterans, part of the building is converted into a residential part. The building is heated by an electric boiler - underfloor heating. In the living area, paint has been applied to the vaulted brick ceiling on the attic side and the north gable wall where it is plastered, the remaining walls have retained brickwork.
